Benefit Trust

The following are some documents relating to the York University Retired Faculty and Librarians Benefit Trust Fund which was initially set up with surplus funds from the York University Pension Plan. The documents include the Trust Agreement as well as a fact sheet summarizing this Agreement.

The Benefit Trust is not to be confused with the YUFA Trust which was set up as a result of our first collective agreement to receive the Unemployment Insurance (now Employment Insurance) rebate or the YUFA Foundation which administers the scholarships set up by the YUFA Trust.
